A FULL-CIRCLE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

A starting point.
A path forward.
A reason to return.

The goal is to develop the judgment behind the job—from the first diagnosis to increasingly complex work.

The complete journey is the product direction. Today, you can try the free case and explore starting guidance; the deeper diagnostic, profiles and labs are being developed.

Find your starting point

Diagnostic → competency profile → technical fluency check

A multidimensional view of strengths and gaps, with a path suited to your responsibility.

Practice the work

Personalized path → cases + technical labs → AI-assisted work

Investigate, model, recommend, defend and revise. Learn the discipline before auditing AI’s assistance.

Demonstrate and advance

Transfer → competency evidence → advanced labs → reassess

Apply the reasoning to unfamiliar situations, then revisit your profile and choose the next work.

Reassessment closes the loop. New evidence informs the next assignment. Activity rewards and competency evidence remain separate.

THREE CONNECTED LAYERS

Compensation judgment.
Technical fluency.
Responsible AI.

Seven competency dimensions guide the learning direction: Comp Operations, Plan Design, Financial Modeling, GTM Strategy, Policy & Governance, Executive Communication, and AI for Compensation.

Technical fluency supports those competencies: spreadsheets, data fundamentals, SQL, scripting, APIs and automation taught through business problems. It is not an eighth compensation competency.

Systems and data are supporting skills across the framework. GRR 01 previews how source corrections differ from business-definition decisions.

AI progression: Understand → Do → AI Assist → Audit → Automate. More automation is not automatically a better solution.

How progress, scoring and rewards fit together

The planned competency cycle is Diagnose → Teach → Practice → Transfer → Demonstrate. A profile should show evidence by competency rather than reduce your ability to one percentage.

Gems, evolution, achievements, challenges and an optional leaderboard are planned ways to recognize participation. Activity rewards must not imply mastery. The proposed system separates spendable gems from lifetime earned rank, keeps public profiles optional, and avoids penalties for hints or retries. These features still need implementation and validation.

OPTIONAL SELF-ASSESSMENT

Choose your next work.

Begin with your current responsibility. This guidance does not measure competence; a deeper evidence-based assessment is planned.

EVIDENCE-BASED STARTING POINT

You inherited comp. Where should you start?

Work through four realistic decisions and see what your answers support without a mastery score. No account required.

Start the diagnostic →
Which responsibility is on your desk?

Choose a responsibility for quick guidance, or use the diagnostic for an evidence-based starting profile.

Learn. Practice. Apply.

Work through a realistic assignment, revise with feedback, then transfer the reasoning to a different business situation. Pricing and additional unlocks will follow later.
